Thanks for posting about my book! But I’m not sure why it’s listed as “Amsterdam”?

Glad to hear you saw this posting. Our catalogers listed Amsterdam because on the title page of the book, there’s a list of cities in which the publishers are based. The first city listed is Amsterdam. So they were following Library of Congress cataloging rules.
BTW, I’d be curious to learn how you found out that I had added your book to my blog.
